About the Role

An E-commerce Product Manager is responsible for managing the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of LAC Enterprise's e-commerce products. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure the e-commerce product meets business goals, user needs, and market demands.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for e-commerce products
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and preferences
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the product is developed to meet requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Define and track product metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue, and user engagement
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize product performance
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business objectives and user needs
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and legal requirements
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement

Requirements

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.


  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce product management or related roles.


  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.


  • Knowledge of web analytics, A/B testing, and data analysis tools.


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as design, engineering, and marketing.


  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences.


  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.


  • Ability to create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives.


  • Experience with product development and launch processes.
